Based on the part numbers you listed to replace the motor on your landing gear you can use part # LG-196308. Replacing the gearbox would be optional and for that you can use part # LG-179015.

The Reese Electric 5th Wheel Landing Gear # RP500708 you were looking at may fit your 2011 Keystone Avalanche 5th Wheel Model 330RE, but the only way to be sure is measure the distance between the weld stops of your current landing gear.
The weld stops of the # RP500708 measure 15-1/2" apart inside to inside, and 17-1/2" apart outside to outside as you can see in the included diagram. As long as this matches your current landing gear this would be the correct replacement for you.

If your landing gear is acting up like that then you need to check your ground to make sure it is secured to a clean, bare-metal surface, your power wiring that nothing it damaged, and then the battery in your 2010 Keystone Avalanche because a depleted battery could possibly be sending intermittent power like what you described.

The pin box has a keyway where the spring bolt sits that you slide in where the air spring rests; it is hard to see the whole thing due to it being black, but I added a photo which shows where it is. When installing the LED Trailer Tail Light with License Plate Bracket part # 328-003-81LBM1 with a load resistor like the Putco LED Light Bulb Load-Resistor Kit part # DI34ZR, the load resistor will not get installed inside the actual light assembly. The load resistor just needs to be inline with the signal wire so a few inches behind the taillight will be just fine. Since the trailer brake assemblies you bought and installed part # AKEBRK-7-SA are self-adjusting what you'll need to do is just drive on them for a while and they'll tension themselves to the correct amount so that you don't need so much brake controller gain/voltage.

The Valterra Waste Valve Body w/ Flexible Cable # TC372 has a 3" diameter passage that is compatible with standard 3" sewage lines on RVs like your 2014 Keystone Avalanche 361TG.

Thank you for providing that information. According to Lippert, you have a 1621 pin box rated for 15.5k. When choosing a replacement you want to make sure you match up the bolt pattern and the rating. Since Reese has been out of stock for months as of June 2023 with no word on when the goose box will return, I recommend getting the Gen-Y instead.

Most RV steps are going to have a drop/rise of about 8". The TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear, # TLA8003, has a drop/rise of 7-1/2" when fully extended. For a four step, # TLA7834. Or a 5 step, # TLA8005. These come in a few different widths as well.

We have everything you need to replace the hub and brake assembly on your Keystone Cougar Trailer, but unfortunately trailer manufacturers do not keep an accurate or readily available record of the smaller parts that they install on trailers. We've had this question before and when asked about this Solera has informed us that in order for a slide topper to fit with an awning there needs to be at least 7 inches between the awning and the slide out. The issue you are having with the trailer nose sitting higher and no further adjustments can be made to the pin box or hitch is pretty common nowadays since trucks continue to get taller and taller. With connected landing gear you can't swap out the follow leg for a lead leg and motor to operate them independently. The gear wouldn't work and you wouldn't be able to orient the leg properly either. The Reese Goose Box Pin Box replacement will not void the manufacturer's warranty. The Goose Box is an air ride box to absorb shock as well as reduce jarring and chucking. We have a few different options, however the Lippert number you gave is not a pin box number.
